The Pre-Inspection Consultation is designed to assist the seller with preparing their home for the real estate market. At some point, a buyer is going to have an inspector conduct a full home inspection of the property. The API Pre-Inspection Consultation gives the seller the advantage of having the property evaluated by a certified home 

The Pre-Inspection Consultation is designed to assist the seller with preparing their home for the real estate market. At some point, a buyer is going to have an inspector conduct a full home inspection of the property. The API Pre-Inspection Consultation gives the seller the advantage of having the property evaluated by a certified home inspector prior to the scrutiny of the buyer’s inspector. This provides several benefits:

  1. Allows the seller to see their home through the eyes of a critical third party.
  2. Helps the seller price their home appropriately.
  3. Allows time to make repairs in advance.
  4. Reduces the number of items flagged by a buyer’s inspector.
  5. Prevents delays in closing and lost contracts.
  6. May alert homeowners of immediate safety issues.
  7. Provides the seller with a checklist to be fully prepared for inspection day.
