Our Policy

API Home Inspections, LLC does not discriminate against any client, prospective client, employee, applicant, vendor, or partner on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, marital or familial status, age, disability, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.

Fair Housing

We support the letter and the spirit of the federal Fair Housing Act and the Kansas Act Against Discrimination. Inspection findings are reported based on the condition of the property alone. We do not comment on, evaluate, or make representations about the occupants of a property, the composition of a neighborhood, or the desirability of an area based on any protected characteristic.

Workplace and Partners

We maintain a workplace free of discrimination and harassment, and we expect the same standard from the third-party providers we coordinate with, including termite and radon specialists.

Reporting a Concern

If you believe you have been treated unfairly by anyone representing API Home Inspections, tell us. Reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially by ownership, and we will not retaliate against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
